Alison & Kate Finance provides outsourced bookkeeping, monthly and annual tax filing, payroll processing, financial statement preparation, audit support, and corporate advisory in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. Services are delivered in English, Mongolian and Japanese, and cover both Mongolian-owned and foreign-invested companies.

The office is in Centrum Office, Sukhbaatar District, 1st Khoroo, Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00. Clients across Ulaanbaatar, Darkhan and Erdenet are served, and remote onboarding is available for companies outside the capital.

For a company with complete records, a monthly tax return is prepared within 3 to 5 working days of receiving the documents. Annual financial statements and the corporate income tax return typically take 2 to 4 weeks. Mongolian monthly VAT and withholding returns are due by the 10th of the following month, and the annual corporate income tax return by 10 February.

To start, a company provides its state registration certificate, company charter, taxpayer registration, previous year financial statements, bank statements, and access to the eTax and eBalance systems. Onboarding is normally completed within 5 to 10 working days once these documents are received.

Yes. Alison & Kate Finance works with foreign-invested companies registered in Mongolia and reports in English, Mongolian and Japanese. This includes company registration support, work permit and investor visa documentation, transfer pricing documentation, and reporting formatted for a foreign parent company.

Pricing is quoted per company after reviewing transaction volume, number of employees on payroll, VAT registration status, and reporting language.
